Found hair on the towels and sheets. Shower head was broken. Bed was 2 small mattresses side by side but were not comfortable and didn’t match. Toilet didn’t flush well. Directly next to mosque that has very loud prayer calls.

Wir hatten ein 3 Bett Zimmer gebucht aber nur ein zwei Bett bekommen das Zimmer wurde aber ohne Diskussion mit einem drei Bettzimmer getauscht. Eigentlich ist das Hotel gut aber total verbraucht. Das erste Zimmer war eine Katastrophe , schmutzig und voller Fliegen. Wir haben nur für eine Nacht gebucht weil es in der Nähe des Flughafens war. Es war extrem günstig 1 NACHT 3 Personen für 47 Euro Ich würde es aber nicht mehr Buchen.

otel çok eskiydi. Kullanılan malzemeler çok kalitesizdi ve odadaki hemen her şey aşırı eskimiş ve kötü durumdaydı. Temizlik iyi değildi, temizlikçiyle konuşmaya çalıştım ancak Türkçe bile bilmiyordu

Otel odası genel olarak temizlik, konfor açısından fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha kötüydü diyebilirim. Bina ve odalar bakımsız, eski diyebilirim. İdarelik 2 gece fiyat performans denilebilir fakat tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum. Kahvaltıda sıcak gözleme servisi olması iyiydi.

Otel fiyatına göre kötü değil. Temiz değildi tavanda saçlar vardı yatakta kıl vardı. Yine de göz ardı edilebilecek boyuttaydı. Bizi asıl sıkıntıya sokan hotels üzerinden yaptığımız beş kişilik iki oda rezervasyonunun onların sistemine iki kişi olarak yansımış olmasıydı. Otele vardığımızda odamız yoktu bu sıkıntıdan ötürü resepsiyon görevlisiyle biraz gerginlik yaşansansa da çözüldü bir şekilde. Gönül hiç problem yaşanmasın isterdi tabi ki.

Tekrar kalmak istemem

Otele girisimiz felaketti. Musterilerin odalarindan sikayetinden bize sira gelmesi ve odaya almalari yarim saati gecti. Kaldığımız odada yatak çökmüş tümsek tümsekti. Dolap kapağı koli bandıyla tutturulmustu. Buzdolabi sogutmuyordu. Dolap icine kondugu icin dolapla birlikte yaniyordu! Çocukların odasında lavabo bataryasınin bagli olduğu tezgah çürümüş, üzerine gelişi guzel birseyler yapistirmislardi. Hijyeni bir kenara birakirsak en azindan kahvaltı fena degildi. Kayak için tercih edilebir. Dağa ulasim kolay ama kalacağınız odayı onceden kontrol ediniz.

Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek bir otel

Otel güzeldi,fakat temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilirse iyi olur.özellike tavan köşelerinde,gözden kaçmış olmalı diye umuyorum,sarkan örümcek ağları mevcuttu.Bunun haricinde kahvaltı dahil memnuniyet verici bir oteldi.

Oda fazlasıyla geniş, ısıtma sistemi çok başarılı (kış için), temizliği gayet iyi görünüyordu, kahvaltısı sıcak ve soğuk açık büfe seçenekleri ile gayet lezzetliydi. Resepsiyon personeli Özgür Bey iyi iletişimi ile her konuda yardımcı oldu. Aile konaklaması için gayet güzel bir yer, ana yol kenarında, ulaşımı kolay, önünde otoparkı mevcut. Teşekkür ederiz.

Konumu güler yüzlü hizmeti temizliği gayet iyi otelin odalarının yenilenme zamanı gelmiş gibi duruyor Aralık ayında çok büyük bir odada kalmamıza rağmen hiç üşümedik kahvaltı salonu için aynı şeyi söylemek isterdim tekrar gelip kalmayı isterim çalışan herkese çok teşekkür ederim.
