"Suite was homely and cozy, downtown Peterborough is fairly accessible by car, and convenience store right down the road. The property has a beautiful garden visible from the patio with lots of birds visiting for those into birdwatching. Host was knowledgeable about attractions in the area, recommending multiple places for us to visit."

"My husband and I travel a lot for Highland Games and strongman. We have stayed at many places. This was a great experience. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous, the room was clean and updated, this was one of the best beds we have slept in as well. It was nicely placed with a lot of dining and shopping options as well as parks."

Expect a charming rustic vibe with comfy, contemporary TV/wifi set up. Breakfast was really great, everything pretty much felt at home, though we only stayed on night. Only weird thing was we had difficulty getting the bedside lamps to turn on."
