"Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure."

"Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. "

"The apartment that we stayed in had been freshly painted and the fumes were overwhelming. Woke up with headache. The other apartment had minor problems like the shower head was broken and the sink wouldn't drain."

"The area and the facility is good.what I didn’t like is the cleanliness.there was dust everywhere.the bathroom sinks were clogged with dirt such that they weren’t draining well."

"Very relaxing stay the staff were very friendly on arrival and showed us around the lush gardens. We had the pleasure of staying in the church loft, very unique experience. The only thing that could be improved is the light outside the church front windows (security light) in the common lounge area is on 24/7 and is very bright at night shining through the stained glass window on the front door. Shame it is not on a sensor after 9-10pm. Otherwise we would definitely come back."

"Resort is outdated. Needs a revamp. Our garden suite where we stayed only half the lights were working, most of the powerpoint's were broken, and alot of the timber posts outside were rotting away. One of the posts under a balcony next to us was that rotten it wasn't touching the ground anymore."

"This place has all the aspects that could make it a winner. It's in a great spot, it has a nice distillery behind it, and it's a walk to town. Unfortunately the management is letting this place go big time. Mouldy windows, mouldy shower, big brown stains on blankets, unusable wifi, general maintenance and cleaning seems non existent. The tiled floors we gross sticky also. It's barely three stars, we never saw a staff member the entire time for check-in or out either."

"Sadly as a new hotel they are still learning, staff were fabulous, no fault with any of them, the amenities were definitely not to our liking, Glass doors on both shower & toilet was a bit overwhelming for an older couple, there was no privacy, the younger generation might have a bit of fun with it. The rooftop bar, fantastic, but, but there should an area the hotel guests use exclusively, at least till a certain time, as I said it's very new & they will probably improve with time."
