"Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done.
Overall a great experience but this could be improved.
Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000.

"It's a decent hotel especially if you are traveling with family / children. The breakfast spread is repeated, but overall nothing much to complain about. The staff is polite and courteous. Clean and non-fussy place for a short stay in Pune."

"Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding.
Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee.
My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card...

"The food menu is not very appealing. What i like : Hyatt regency actually understands the quality standards of 5 star hotels unlike other properties that I stayed on my trip to India. The only thing I didn’t like is the hand shower being attached to bath tub rather being in a bathroom where it made proper sense to avoid water on floor."
