We had a great stay at the Sheraton, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and lunch or dinner. Best if you like Indian food;) Rides were available as well to the airport, very helpful staff and wonderful room and beds.

Exceptional Stay – Faultless Service! I had a truly wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Pune. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing—welcoming, efficient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The hotel's services are top-notch; the laundry service was prompt and returned everything in pristine condition. Additionally, the dining options on-site are fantastic. Every restaurant delivered great food and excellent service. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune and look forward to returning!

The interior of the property is very shabby. The couches in the lobby, and everywhere in the hotel was very dirty and stained. The train horn specially in the night and early morning makes it difficult to sleep but the staff is very helpful, friendly.

I first stayed here 20 years ago when this hotel was Le Meridien. I was in Pune with my daughters whilst my husband was out of town so decided to have a trip down memory lane with them. The hotel is as lovely and grand as ever, the rooms are comfortable with the Indian service you expect from a 5 star. Food on room service, main restaurant and the Chinese restaurant was delicious. Helpful concierge and front of house staff if you need assistance with Uber etc. Lobby area is just gorgeous to sit in and the pool terrace perfect to escape the heat. Well equipped gym and recreation centre which the kids loved (includes air hockey, table tennis etc).

Wonderful place to stay in Pune. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the rooms so comfortable and super clean. The restaurant had a great buffet. Cheff Bhushan gave us special service and all restaurant staff were so nice, specially Aradya.

Great hotel with helpful personnel and great food and breakfast. I did not much appreciate the fact that the pool was closed at 6 PM. After a hot day on site with customer and returning back to the hotel at 6:30 PM I pretty much would have loved to take a swim before grabbing some food, but this was not possible- bad decision I would say and this was the first time ever I had experienced it in my long business travels around the globe; usually pools close as from 8 PM. Internet was unstable and AC could not be lowered below 20 degrees, which was not good.

Centrally located, security conscious, easy check in with complimentary drinks. Room huge with 2 comfortable big beds. Clean and plenty of facilities including iron, fridge, TV with come sports channels. Room quiet even though facing station with triple layered glass. Large shower room with scales and complimentary shower gel and Shampoo.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. It's a awesome hotel with first-class facilities and services. The staff were very friendly and nice, they came to pick us up from Pune airport with a short notice and no extra charges for it. It was a grand welcome with fresh coconut water followed by a family picture and this family picture was printed on a coffee mug which was gifted during checkout. Room was very spacious, neat and cleaan and was very comfortable for four of us which included me, my wife and two young kids. Room had a train station view with a background of Banear town's hills and it was very beautiful while it was raining and we also saw 4-6 parrots hanging around near the window and it was very pleasant to see them everyday in the morning. Morning breakfast buffet was a grand buffet to choose from a wide range of items starting with fresh Juices, fruits, bakery, south Indian, north Indian and western breakfast. Staff was very helpful and was bringing juices & other food items to your table. Also, on our last day at the hotel, staff arrange a big chocolate egg to break with a small wooden hammer and it was fun experience and we had family pic with the staff too. Great hospitality! Special thanks to Sumeet, Akanksha Singh, Harshal, Nagraj, and Noor for proving a exceptional service during the breakfast time and Dagdu Gori for helping us recover my daughter's necklace which was lost in the swimming pool.

Noise

Staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The proximity to the railway station is a major disadvantage as there is constant train horns throughout the night doesn’t allow much rest or sleep. We were on the 9th floor and there is a restaurant on the tenth floor.again the loudness of the patrons cwas rather disturbing. This continues into the early hours of the morning
