"Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. "This property was such a mix of good and bad. They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms. However, there was literally not a single decoration or wall hanging of any kind in any room in our suite. It was sterile and unwelcoming. "I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

"Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally. Used amenities such as coffee/cream/toiletries not replaced when the room was serviced but the rooms were clean and the staff pleasant. "
