"Courteous staff, as is always the case in Japan. Had to get this room on the fly as there was a snafu with another hotel I booked. I was able to find an available room. The hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, centrally located in Fukuoka, laundry room, gym, and well worth what I paid."

"Convenient hotel close to Hakata Station. Friendly staff. A great variety of breakfast options that cater to both Japanese and western tastes (eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc). An awesome feature I liked also was the fact you could see how many of the washer & dryers were available for use from your room TV - meaning no need to haul your washing to the machines only to find them all in use. Also the shower pressure and temperature was amazing! Only downside I can think of was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel!"
