"Nice staff, and as a Hampton/Hilton member I expected much better. Unfortunately, the room cleaning was very poor — no toilet paper, water, or fresh towels, and the room was often only cleaned late after I complained. On my last day (Friday), I informed reception in the morning, but by 5:30 PM nothing was done. No housekeeping, no manager, no service at all. Very disappointing experience for a Hilton hotel."

"Had a lovely big, clean room. Nice warm shower. However, i was in room 501 and it was noisy with the lift the otherside of the wall. The breakfast was fantastic. All staff were very friendly. Nice bar area. Check in and out very quick and smooth. Would definitely recommend. Nice little gym on 2nd floor also"

"Tram stop outside the door shops are a little walk depending what you want of course. House keeping was a little lax you have yo ask if you want your room made up. Apart from that the staff are very helpful and do anything to help if they can "
