"Staff we're okay... the hotel is a bit dated 😕."

"Property was tired looking - not as nice as the photos. Maze of stairs and 2 lifts to get to our room. Also noise from traffic at night and building in the day. Staff were nice and pleasant so no issues there."

"I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience from start to finish. The photos online made it look modern and clean, but in reality, the place felt outdated and poorly maintained. The room had a musty smell as soon as I walked in, and the air conditioning barely worked, which made it really uncomfortable in the tropical heat. The room was full of bugs!!!!! The cleanliness was another major issue. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and I even noticed stains on the towels. The bathroom was worse there was mold in the corners of the shower, and the water pressure was inconsistent. Definitely not what I expected for the price I paid. Service wasn’t great either. The staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond to requests. I had to call multiple times just to get basic things like extra towels, and even then, it took forever. There was no sense of hospitality, which is surprising for a place in a tourist hotspot like Phuket. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are definitely better options in Phuket for the same price or even less. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere."

"The staff was very nice and accommodating! Everything about the place was gorgeous. Breakfast was ok but was a bit expensive for what they had. Super close to the beach and not too far from everything. We frequented Kata Night market for snacks/food. The guy in front that helped everyone cross the street was so very sweet."

"The hotel did not have umbrellas or chairs you could rent for the beach. It was a great looking resort but it lacked in something. When we needed to checkout there was no one at the front so they had to email me a final payment amount. They did decorate for our honeymoon but it was not done before getting us in our room. So we had to wait outside our door for them to complete it but that was just really sweet of them. All in all it was a good stay."
