Hotels near Karol Kay Park

"Worst experience ever. There is no signage at all so make sure to use mapquest. We arrived to the the very vocal front desk man telling the long line that he had 3 rooms left, if we already have reservations we needed to call for a refund. Everyone did have reservations. All hotels were booked in Lincoln for this night. The parking lot was empty all night so i am guessing most rooms are not used.This was at 3:30, and checkin was at 3. He kept saying he did not expect this today. Thankfully I was third in line. Took a single bed, the 2 bed I reserved was gone. Room was still dirty when we went in. We ran to Walmart so she could clean it. No towels, front desk gave me hand towels and a bath mat for 4 people. Husband went to bathroom and the whole toilet seat fell off. No heater but left a space heater that also didn't work. No blanket on the bed, only a sheet. We were at a concert and it poured rain on us so no heat or blankets was really uncomfortable. Don't lean on the second floor railing it is so loose. "

"The room was clean but top comforter was stained. Room next door was smoking pot in their non-smoking room. Room was next to outside walk door and curtains are not blackout so thankful I had a sleep mask along."

"Booked 2 rooms; requested them next to each other. When checking in I asked if rooms were next to each other and she said no, we are booked full. So i asked if they were at least on the same floor? She said no. I said they had to be as 1 room with have my teenage girls in it. What do you know...we get 2 rooms next to each other on the same floor. Room 1 had gum like stuff on the floor between beds. Room 2 bathroom door was literally falling off hinges and couldnt close so we didnt have privacy with using the bathroom/shower. Went to front desk to ask for extra blankets and pillows, she said she didnt have extra blankets, that they are fully booked. So i asked for at least some top sheets so we could cover up at least. Breakfast was ridiculous. No fruit options. Juice machines broken with open top conatiners sitting out all morning. Wasnt sure if it was laziness or actual so i would always ask twice. Sometimes id get what we needed, with a no we are fully booked, sometimes i wouldnt. Not satisfied. "

"Really nice one night stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. The area had gas stations and restaurants nearby. Felt safe and the room was clean and nice. I would stay again while traveling!"
