"great location, good breakfast and friendly staff"

"I booked a superior room and boy was I glad I did. We were on the top floor, level 12 and the views over the water towards the mountains, Arctic cathedral, cable car were superb. The room was spacious, but I’d say the bed was a double not a queen. Breakfast was excellent and we had no trouble getting a table. There’s a coffee/tea station by reception which is available 24/7 for free use. Also some cakes/chocs in the afternoon. Location is excellent, literally opposite the bus station if using the airport bus and only a few minutes walk into town. Staff all friendly. Overall a great place to stay! "

"The only thing that is going for this hotel! Location!!! Everything else is bad the size of room the lack of cleanliness. The staff not so great l, just one girl on my first day checking was wonderful. Since I saw the size of the room with 2 suite cases and 2 carry one plus 2 bag packs. It was impossible to handle it in one room. I ended up getting another single room. Mind you not much of a difference between both rooms. If you are on the heavy side there is no way 2 people can fit their double bed. I try to get my money back after checking in when I saw the room but no luck getting my money back at that point."

"Great stay, super helpful friendly staff, really clean modern hotel. We loved staying here, it was also in a great accessibly location. They gave a lot of extras in the room etc but we found the minibar to be incredibly expensive. Other hotels also had little bites to eat and tea/coffee free of charge in the lobby which this hotel did not."

"Great location! Breakfast buffet was full of choices. Breads are so fresh. Staff is very helpful. No bar yet at reception, beer, wine and alcohol is available. Clean everywhere."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, check in and out process was smooth, room was very clean, hotel in a really good location (quite central). The only one less point from me is that there are no kettles in the rooms, so you have to go downstairs to get hot water to make tea or a hot drink."
