"The location is excellent. It is right at the border of the Old Town/ New Town. You can easily hop on trams and buses right in front of the ApartHotel. All finishes are pretty high-end. It is a classy old building with modern amenities. The blackout curtains are the best! and it helps with getting good sleep. "When you walk in you immediately smell something wonderful that makes you feel relaxed after traveling all day. Check in was the fastest we've ever experienced for 4 rooms. Rooms were perfect size and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The mimosas were a great surprise. The walk around the area was easy and only a 20-30 min walk to the more touristy side...a very easy walk. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel if visiting Prague."

"Beautiful and modernly updated apartment. Very clean. Plenty of lights and outlets. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower has both rain and handheld shower heads with good pressure. All Grohe. The kitchen is spacious and modern. We did not use the appliances to cook but they are all Miele. The coffee machine works perfectly. The washer is small compares to US size but easy to use. I wouldn’t use the washing and drying together function but do the washing and drying separately...

I was looking forward to the on-site massage service, but it did not meet expectations especially for the price and duration of the massage. The gym facilities were also quite dimly lit, with lighting that made it difficult to exercise comfortably. In addition, housekeeping staff entered the room without sufficient notice while I was still inside. On a couple of occasions, I was undressed when they came in, which was...

"We ordered takeaway because we had a sick traveller and the empty food containers were not removed for the duration of our stay despite putting it on top of the rubbish bins. We booked the grand suite for 5 nights and they didn’t even take our bags to our room when we arrived! "
