"The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. "These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

"Room was good. Clean. The only downside of it was the extremely expensive parking charges. Normally any hotel we stayed in Peninsular the parking is under the hotel. We only need to bring the parking ticket to the Reception counter for validation upon check out, 0 charges. For the price of RM300 Plus a nite without breakfast is ok but at least don't make the customer pay for the parking. We rent Axia for our 9 days trip in Sabah with minimal petrol consumption of around RM57 only. But stayed 2...
