There are no humans at this hotel, you check in using an iPad and they are extremely inflexible and unhelpful for things like dropping bags off so you can go and enjoy the day in Hakone. Aside from the service and terrible check in process the hotel was fantastic with unbelievable views and a great onsen in the room."

"Not enough amenities, they even sell the toothbrush kits. The laundry room was NOT ventilated properly. Once all the dryers are used, it literally can be a sauna. I’ve stayed in a hotel close to the Tokyo station and they provided from shaver kits to a whole set of skincare. They don’t clean the room not unless your stay is more than 6 nights. So we used the same towels for 6 nights. No smoking area/room as well."

"Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!"
