"Stale old place that doesn’t live up. Breakfast consisted of persimmon-hushing from a store tossed at the table the night before. Cold water and a tiny toilet only. The onsen „experience“ was a 20 min drive away, how relaxing is that. Needless to say, I did not stay at this dump. I booked a hotel close by for the same price, it was excellent and delivered an amazing breakfast too, besides having an in-House onsen"

"A fantastic hotel with a great location, near Dotonbori. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful (especially to foreign tourists). The property was immaculate and had such a warm vibe about it. You are about a 7 min. walk to Dotonbori, with a train station just a few minutes (walk) away.
