"The pool was absolutely fabulous"

"Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Found hair in my bed. Pool wasn't open but it was nice out. Smelled as soon as u walked in lobby and in room."

"My husband and I stayed here after our wedding so we wouldn’t have to drive back home. The facility itself was fine, but our experience was disappointing. We arrived around midnight, exhausted and just wanting to get some sleep. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible because bright security lights were shining directly into our room. We tried calling the front desk multiple times to request a room change, but no one answered. We didn’t want to get dressed again just to go down there in person, so we kept trying to rest, but couldn’t fall asleep. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach someone, we finally gave up and left at 7 a.m. because we simply couldn’t sleep. Overall, while the property itself seemed fine, the lack of responsiveness from staff and the lighting issue made for a very frustrating stay. "

"Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. Room was right across the street from an entertainment district that was quite noisy on a Friday night into the next morning til about 1:30. I knew that going in, but be advised if this is a concern. Request a room on the opposite side of the building."

"The units are small but still convenient to have 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and with the living room in between to aid in privacy. This location has traffic noise that could bother people who are sensitive to that. Overall, nice and decent rate for 2 bdrm / 2 bath."
