"The staff is super friendly however the property isn’t the cleanest. The breakfast is nice, I especially like the potatoes. The future isn’t super well maintained, and their is mod/mildew in the shower :("

Hotel Phillips Kansas City Curio Collection by Hilton
"The hotel is conveniently located and has a more unique theme (art deco-esque). The room itself was fairly standard - quiet but kind of sloppy (paint job was meh but that didn’t impact our overall stay). The biggest thing that stood out was that there was a very dirty spot on the bathroom wall."
