My room smelled so bad but they said they had no other rooms available so I went out and bought Lysol. Water in shower did not work, no ice machine and the $50 pet deposit that was supposed to be refunded they refused to do! $60 therefore for my little dog! STAY AWAY!!!

It was very noisy and it was dirty. The guy working front desk was rude to us and talking bad about other employees there.

Very nice clean room and friendly staff. Nice having a full size refrigerator and site was very quiet. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area.

We arrived 1.5 hrs after check in and was told we had to wait another hour cause the room wasn’t ready. Front desk Staff was not Friendly and was very courteous, consider the situation I would expect an apology at the least. Room was noisey and not vetry clean.

Advertised as $10 pet fee plus $50 deposit Charged $63 NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit at check in. Check in associate was RUDE!! Whole facility stank of marijuana. Guest wandering up and down halls all night. Office was locked up at 7 am with no one on duty to perform check.out. Avoid this place..

I didn't like the fact that there was no ice machine, and it was unsafe when the day clerk have my husband a room key without asking fit ID nor was in writing my husband name i felt this could have been handled very differently and they are lucky that my husband and i get along could you imagine the lawsuit my kids could've filed if i were assaulted by my husband the pertain they have access to my room without my permission..i feel some training should be given to all staff members before someone is hurt or worse yet killed by the incompetency of the staff ithelawsuit

Rude/grumpy desk assistant!
We cancelled our stay. The desk assistant was rude and grumpy. And wasn’t aware of a deposit for our pet as well another fee for just for the stay for our pet. We are out the money but wouldn’t book a stay at that hotel!

The front desk agent was very nice during check in. And that’s the nicest thing I have to say. No lights in the room worked except the bathroom light. Missing floor tiles in the bathroom, super uncomfortable bed. Highway noise so loud you can’t sleep, whole place smells like weed, booked for several nights but only stayed one night. Avoid this place at all costs. You will regret staying here!

DONT DO IT
I was excited for a weekend alone. checked in & saw how dirty the place was but looked past it. as soon as i got to the room i saw a cockroach. disgusting. then i was so uncomfortable with the staff. walking down the hall a worker literally screamed god damn at me and chased after me. how terrifying. will never go back and make sure everyone knows!

This facility is one of the worst ever. The overpowering smell if disinfectant is nauseating. It was very noisy. the handle fell off of the shower and we ha no lights in the morning. The place is a total disgusting dump!

The place smelled like Marijuana and was in poor repair. Our room was dirty, had a hole in the bathroom door, missing locks, melted toilet seat, dirty floors, and super loud. We had a 3 night stay and only stayed 1 night because of what a dump it was. We didn't sleep a lick the night we stayed there and neither did the dog.

The bedsprings stick in your back and your head. The pillow is so flat even when you fold it in half it’s may be an inch thick. Besides that, the stay was perfectly fine.

The guy at the front desk was rude and short. I reserved a queen single bed and got a twin single bed. The hotel has broken down cars with shattered glass sitting in parking lot. Walls have smears of who knows what. Elevator is disgusting. Entire hotel smells of marijauna. Very outdated. There was hair all over the toilet and bathtub. Food from previous people in the refrigerator. Do not stay here!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not sure but I feel like they tried to scam me. When I was checking in, the guy at the front said Expedia's card was declined sand I had to talk with them. I have traveled with Expedia for awhile now and have never had this issue. Before I got an Expedia representative to call the hotel, the guy checking me in asked if I had a different card I could pay with and I advised him I'm not paying twice as the charge already went through on my credit card. Got someone from Expedia to call and the hotel staff was super rude to him and immediately told him I was already checked in but literally 2 mins prior he was telling me it was denied. When I finally got checked in, they gave me a room that already had someone in it. I walked right in and someone was already asleep in the bed. Had to go back down to inform them and the 2 staff members made inappropriate comments about me having bad luck. In short, don't stay here. Complete nightmare!

Not pleased. My shower needed repair. Bathroom door damaged and did not close properly. When I checked in there was a water on the floor coming down from the AC. The room needed painting. The property and even the elevator smelled bad.

The outside was nice. The room was a disappointment. The pillows had stains. The bathroom door lower hinge came out of the wall. Unable to close bathroom door. No ice machine. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Bathroom was gross. Floor rotten by toilet. Tiles were loose. Bed was terrible. 3rd floor smelled of rotten seafood and weed. Checked out immediately and was refused a refund. Was in room for 5 minutes before going to microtel.

Wasn’t able to stay because I had a cat which was in a kennel. I had a liter box. The man was grumpy and said under no circumstances was a cat able to stay. Our reservation was not in their system. I will not book there again. I have requested a refund but have not received it.

It was awful, we were supposed to stay 3 nights and after I walked into the place and it smelled horrible, it was a mix between smoke and weed and just had a dirty atmosphere, people were standing around drunk and didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all, the room tv wouldn’t turn on, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in and stains all over the walls.. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

My friend and I had reservations. When we arrived after the check in time, one room was ready and one was not. One room the door was hard to push open and the refrigerator made a horrible loud noise. The other room had a very bad odor. The security lock on the inside was broken. Even though there was a cooktop, full size refrigerator in each room there were no cups or dishes to use. We were unable to stay and the staff cheerfully refunded our money. The hotel was booked solid so there were no other rooms available. Will not be back there again.

This place needs severely updated and it's not that old of a hotel it's dirty and stained and has significant damage inside the rooms

They called me the day before my stay to tell me the non smoking room I booked was unavailable and smoking only. It was NFL Draft weekend so I went with the room because the options were limited at this point. I left at 2:30 in the morning because the smoke smell kept me from sleeping. Staff was friendly though
