The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at check in were so nice! The only issue I had was the I was told breakfast was from 6:00-9:00 AM, and when I went down at 6:40 there still wasn't anything hot out.

This hotel is in a great location to visit the plaza. Parking garage is limited. We parked on arrival and left our car there using alternative transport. Staff was friendly, breakfast good, facility like new.

The staff- Jake, Anthony, Lisa, Antonio, Hannah all provided exceptional customer service. They were each personable, very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and professional! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was first rate! From the inviting & efficient Front Desk Staff to the Design & Cleanliness of my Room to the Delicious Breakfast to Convenient Parking-it all combined for a very pleasant stay. Its location being close to Country Club Plaza & Westport is a huge Plus. I've found my place to stay when I visit Kansas City/Lawrence, KS.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located. It’s newer so everything was in great condition and very clean. We were assigned room 212, right off of the elevator and right over the front door to the hotel. We could hear everything so that wasn’t ideal. The pillows are so soft, not much support at all. Everyone was nice and the included breakfast was good for hotel standards.

No parking for 1 number 2. The pool could have been bigger more seating around the pool. And then on that the wall on the outside. I would grow some greenery or something. And maybe have more like siding doors to where you could open them to go outside and have a seating outside. That would dress it up a lot. Maybe even a cool mural.

The stay was good, but the parking is horrible. Parking was $15 its an awkward layout with parking spots where you have to drive and a steep decline where wee had to park because there are very few spaces. Other than the parking it was clean and the breakfast was good.

We were traveling for an emergency surgery at St. Luke’s and did not know what day we would need to leave. They were very accommodating to us and our needs. They also have a very delicious breakfast!

It was honestly wonderful. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious. The front desk was prompt with help with the trundle bed. Parking was really pretty secure and i recieved the new code change automatically through email.
