"Great customer service. Fun place for kids. Noise was so bad coming from the room above that we could not sleep. It went on until 3am. I called the front desk twice to get someone to check on it. It sounded like a work crew rolling and hammering carpet on the floor. Still not sure what it was. It was a miserable night trying to sleep and scared grandkids."
