This is the nasty, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Checked in a 8.30 and room wasn’t ready, I had to wait for them to clean it. When I went in the room, it was so dirty I couldn’t believe it. It was also suppose be a non smoking room but the room smelt of smoke. Nasty place and I’m staying some place else tomorrow night!!!

There was food trash including ketchup packets on a shelf, sticky liquid on the floor under the end table, show rod screws very loose (almost falling off the wall) and the shower plunger was so inoperable that I could not even get enough of a drizzle through the shower head to rinse myself off. Also, they were not serving anything for breakfast, not even a breakfast bar but were advertising that they had breakfast. The first room had a half-inch gap between the door and wall the whole length of the door. The second room only had a quarter inch gap for about 2 feet. Either way, not acceptable for keeping out noise, weather or flying bugs.

It was a friendly check in experience. The room however smelled terrible, curtains were hanging on by a thread, and the AC unit was working but damaged. Upon examination (my son noticed and brought it to my attention) laying in the bed after a few hours, noticed there were bed bugs. Left same day of check in, did not finish stay.

Convenient to interstate but noisy. Short in heater wiring a fire hazard. TV remote didn't work. Toilet flapper didn't close. Security lights provide safety but kept me awake at night. Staff was surly & didn't know pre-arranged room rate. No breakfast as advertised nor even coffee!

Was told to show up at 3 to check in then once we arrived the staff took 20 mins to come to counter after ringing the bell multiple time. Then when they did finally come to the desk they told us that there card maker was down wouldn't be back up until 7pm. And that are rooms were not even clean yet. The bathroom door on are room was damaged once we got inside. Its 10 degrees out side and the heater was set to 43 degrees very disappointed

Try somewhere else - poor condition
Anyone who follows my reviews will know that I am rarely overly critical. Once in a while, though, there are times when critical is warranted. This is one of those times. The list of what was wrong far outweighs the positives. Without further ado, the following is a list of where this hotel failed: - HVAC never came on - We couldn’t get the shower or tub water to come on - No phone in room - No Kleenex in room - NO trash can in room or within sight - No breakfast of any kind, only coffee - No clock in room - There was a remote but TV would not even turn on - Not enough bedding. Just 1 sheet & 1 lightweight spread - NO quiet. Room right next to all night I-70 traffic - Office chair at desk covered with drawstring beneath the seat fabric that did not fit the chair. Arms on chair made it impossible to slide it under the desk top. It stuck out so far it was nearly impossible to walk between the chair and the bed - Broken toilet paper holder in bathroom. One side missing. The other side broken off leaving a jagged edge - Parking in a dark, unlit area - Entire facility in need of total repair and updating - Would NOT stay here again and cannot recommend to others. If you need it, this place doesn’t have it

The new coat of paint was little different from putting lipstick on a pig. There was no security lock on the inside because it had been ripped out and broken.

The staff had their children present while cleaning the rooms at 6pm. The bathroom walls in our room weren't clean. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. There are people obviously living there. Someone is repairing a truck in the parking lot and has been for quite some time

Rented room through Expedia. Arrived to check in and was told the rented the room out already. Offered another room and I accepted. Went to the room and it was filled with mattresses. By this time I’d had enough and the manager refunded my room.

Perfect for the long-term homeless.
The check-in clerk assumed that I had already paid online. I had to insist that I had not, and had to request a printed receipt. The floor of the room was wet and the room smelled of chlorine. There was mold on the baseboards under the sink. There was feces on the underside of the toilet seat. There was no battery in the smoke detector (see photo). There was a dark brown substance spattered on the wall above the headboard (no photo) and on the sheet under the pillow (see photo). There was unidentified white stuff on the bed spread (see photo). There was a greenish stain on the not-clean bed sheet. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was glow-in-the-dark graffiti on the walls above the lamps (see photo of one). There was urine stain on the chair (see photo). We killed 5 flies and there were still more. There was Diesel fuel spilled all over the parking lot. On the other hand, the mattress was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the room was quiet.

Check in at 10pm for reserved room, was told they didnt have any rooms. Then given room that had someone in it, and moved to gross smoky room. Paid for two nights and returned to the room and someone had been in it. Get another room and got woke up all night by loud neighbors. Terrible front desk with attitude and zero organization.

I did not like anything about the property. The property is very, dusty and nasty. Not clean and not safe for me and my personal belongings. I paid for two nights and end up moving to a different hotel next day. I would rather sleep in a car then sleeping in this hotel again. They also double charged me and I am now fighting to get my money back.

The room they gave us had a locked door, so did the second room. We were finally able to get into the third room. The room was non smoking but there was cigarette ashes in the bathroom. There was food in the mini fridge. The pool wasn't in use and had asphalt and frogs in it. There were people living in the hotel. Bikes and toys and grills outside like an apartment complex. People outside constantly but no one bothered us or our truck.

The room rug had been cleaned. But was soaking wet. The room had no labeling saying that it had been cleaned for covid protection.The bathroom door was all scratched up, like a dog had been locked in it. On check out no one came to the counter, even after repeatedly ringing the desk bell (9:00 am). Blue collar workers getting up at 5:00am, honking horns. Won't be back to this hotel EVER!!!

I almost hate to wright this, because i met the cleaning person a few hours after i arrived, and she was very nice, but it was the most filthy room I've stayed in. I usually would leave, but i was already running late. The refrigerator had a huge hunk of beef and about 3/4 of a cucumber and 4 frozen water bottles in it. At first glance the room looked fairly clean until i got the flashlight out. Its a good thing i bring a door blocker with me everywhere, all but the main lock was broken. About everything was broken in the room.

A dump in the middle of a wasteland!
This place is a roadside wasteland...room was unclean, my soap even fell apart when I opened it. The room, felt like I opened up a tomb...stank air, soda residue on walls, and I was actually afraid to touch the remote. I slept on top of the bed with my blankets under me, so that I wouldn't have to touch the bed at all. I should of just left and found another hotel, but I just got finished driving for 14 hours...WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Everything was so gross. The only positive thing was that I couldn’t visibly see bugs, but I’ll say I didn’t want to look too closely at anything. We had to use our sleeping bags because even the sheets and pillows were gross.

Property appeared rundown. We came in late and had to call to get someone to come to frunt. Could here people and kids in back but no matter how many times we buzzed the door bell. No one came till we called. Got in room seamed ok for us as we where just sleaping for a while then going on. As we got ready for bed the bed was a brick and pillows where all lumpy and had hard spots in them. The tilet keept running and i would haveto take lid off and put the flap closed. All and all not good experance.

First of all, the heater was NOT on in the room. It was 30 degrees outside and not much warmer in the room. It took forever for the room to warm up. The toilet had zero water in the bowl with leftover paper in it. Flushed it...water rose but did not flush well. No water pressure in the shower. Other than that, it was ok. Met my truck driver husband for the night. Would we stay again? Eh..probably not.

Gross, noisy and rude staff. When we checked in the ladt at the dront desk was extremely rude to me. I then go unlock our door amd i tripped over the little step in front of fhe door that you canf see becausw its nor well lit. The carpet was torn in places, a dead spider with all its guts on the ceiling, flies, dirty bathroom, trash on the floor and a lot of loud noisy people who live there. They dont have free breakfast as advertised they dont even give breakfast and we were supposed to get queen beds and we didnt.

This room was filthy, the towels looked like they were used and left to dry, no tissue in the bathroom this is when we first made it to the room off of an 7.5 hour drive. The bed covers were dirty with what looked like juice stains, the top blanket had a cigarette burn. We always wipe down with Lysol wipes when entering and those were dirty as can be, needless to say when didn’t even bring things in from the car. The only plus was I had NO PROBLEM getting my money back in full. Also was surprised because my husband and I had to get a room here before for a last minute stay and it didn’t look like this, we kinda thinking, is there new owners?

Pictures are greatly deceptive. The way to the rooms was cluttered with grills and chairs. In the room the walls covered in plaster patches, the fire alarm was missing from the ceiling, the wires were hanging down, No water pressure, just a small trickle, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. I was told it was a non smoking room, it stunk to smoke. It appears this is a venue for the homeless by the people hanging out on the balcony, drinking beer. I went to the front desk where I informed a very pleasant young lady of the problems with the room, she seemed shocked that I would complain and wanted my money back, but she said she would refund my credit card.
