"We came to Kansas City to visit an exhibition at the Nelson Atkins Museum, so picked this hotel mainly for it's close proximity from the museum. It's location is excellent, just steps away from Kansas City's historical neighborhood Country Club Plaza with various stores and restaurants around, close to museums and attractions. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. The only complaint comes from parking, it charges for onsite parking while there are plenty of free street parking around and even a free parking lot nearby."

"My wife Lina and I stayed at the Loews Kansas City Hotel during our trip to catch a Royals game at Kauffman Stadium, and it was a flawless experience. The location is absolutely great, serving as the perfect home base for exploring the city, including our night out at the Green Lady Lounge. Every aspect of the hospitality was top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived, making check-in effortless. Our room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The on-site dining and drinks were a major highlight. The sports bar area is fantastic, featuring exposed silver ventilation pipes and vibrant blue ambient lighting that gives it a lively, modern energy—making it an ideal spot to grab a drink, socialize, and watch a game. Just steps away, the lobby bar serves as a stunning architectural centerpiece, featuring towering, illuminated circular liquor displays that create a sophisticated, luxurious environment. Relaxing on the comfortable leather sofas there with a glass of Malbec was the absolute perfect way to wind down. The food was excellent across the board. I cannot find a single thing wrong with this hotel. It is definitely one of the best franchise hotels I have ever stayed at, and we will absolutely be going back."

"Very nice modern hotel, extremely close to the country club Plaza shopping and restaurant district. Decent size rooms, very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only slight missed steps were a noisy refrigerator that squealed most of the night in our room and could’ve used a pool, but that wasn’t the primary reason we were there. Would stay at this hotel again for sure!"
