The staff here are very helpful and the property is clean. It's not a luxurious hotel and it could do with a renovation. The AC in my room was great. It's basic and cheerful hotel. If you're on a budget, it's a good place to stay.

A home away from home
Top Sevice. Everyone is so helpful even put extra effort to help us on fixing our Indian Clothes as it is our first time to attend an indian wedding. Shoutout to the f&b ladies “Meena & Monica” you girls are awesome! Thank you so much

Keys to comfort in Kochi
Very comfortable, very friendly staff. Hotel accommodative of special requests. Location is amazing with water visible on both sides and the area is not so crowded

Nice and peaceful lovely view from top floor
Had good time and clean and helpful people's.also clean quite.Good restaurant and good food. Of your choice. Also lovely breakfast. Enjoyed my stay.

Good clean hotel rooms
Booked through Expedia. No additional charges. Got what was expected. Reasonably good room- will be a squeeze if a third bed is added but good for 2 persons. Clean well maintained bathrooms. Breakfast and buffet Dinner. Good food nothing exceptional. Polite staff

It was a good trip. The hotel was nice. But it was little smelly inside. Need more cleanliness. They charge a lot. But it's not up to the mark.Its not at the hub of tourist spot. Still very high price.

Nice place to stay in Cochin
Good stay with good food. Restaurant staff is very prompt and polite and severed a delicious dinner and breakfast, 5 Stars to them.Front office executives as well are very cooperative.

Happy place to stay
We found this hotel bright and cheerful with friendly staff and good service.Rooms were clean and we were lucky to get a water facing room.Mr.Vinoj at the reception desk was a good guide to a us as we were new to the city.Vegetarian food did not have too many items on the menu card however the buffet spread was wholesome. A very recommendable place indeed.

The check in was quick. The public areas inside the hotel look rough. The suite occupied was nowhere near the size advertised. The extra bed requested took multiple reminders over several hours to materialize. There were unruly guests at late night hours. The breakfast was mediocre.

Good value for money. Friendly staff. No bar but a short distance by auto to Le Meridian and Crown Plaza where you can have alcohol.

Two nights of Relaxing stay
My wife and I checked in after a long drive. The bed was cosy, the room was clean and quiet. We got the rest we were looking for. The service was good. Spread of buffet breakfast was decent. We checked out by 05:00 am when the breakfast had not started. But we were given a nice packed one as requested. Only down side was the car park which was not at all organised. There was no lift from the cellar parking to the lobby. One has to either carry the baggage up or has to climb stairs to the lobby and ask for help. Also the free wi fi was too slow.

New hotel, about 4-5 months old. Good rooms, nice and bright ambience, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant offers good fare, and the menu appeared to be limited.. We didn't check with the chef of they would make something especially for us.. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises!
