"I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. While your staff clearly worked hard to maintain the property, we encountered several significant issues during our visit.
On our first night, our heater did not work. Although we were assured someone would come to fix it, no one arrived, and we spent the night in the cold.
Additionally, we accidentally left a bag of nuts on the bed. While we fully understand the importance of storing food properly due to the grizzly warnings, the situation was handled poorly by your staff. A young woman employee yelled at us, threatened us with a park ranger, and then drove away from our campsite spinning her tires. This aggressive behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable and ruined our entire camping experience.
The price of the Trapper tents are quiet expensive, expecially with it being full of Spiders and bugs and mice. It made it very difficult sleeping comfortably. Also our door handle was extremely hard to open and close. I do think they should instal some lights outside the tents. Also, the shower arrangement with being having a very large site, 3 showers is not enough! Line ups for shower and 4 sinks was a nightmare.
The overall experience was a 2 star."
"The room had a nice mountain view. Hot tub is very small. Furniture looks outdated but if you stay just for a night and don't really care about modern style, it is probably Ok for a family. We personally will not be returning to the hotel but it was Ok. Very overpriced in summer"
"I normally would never stay in a cabin, but this was a lovely experience. The community is quiet and the inside accommodations were lovely. The washroom was older but exceptionally clean. The small kitchen with a large fridge was lovely. My favourite part was the bed. This was a fantastic mattress, very clean sheet and a wonderful weight of a duvet. I’d stay here again just for the bed."
"We loved our stay at Falcon Crest! Great location, close to stores and very convenient for the wedding venue and reception we attended. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even provided makeup remover, which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious with a balcony, full kitchen, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, and even a grill. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!"
