"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. ..."
