Mr. Shakib, a member of the executive lounge service crew, was remarkably attentive. He was the first to proactively inquire if we required any alcoholic beverages or beer, beyond those available at the self-service drink counter. Our housekeeper, Jitender, also deserves recognition. He always greeted us with enthusiasm and diligently ensured that everything was in order throughout our stay. We look forward to returning to Eastin Hotel Penang on our next visit to the area. "
