Our comfortable king bed, decor, safe drinking water and complementary drinks were much appreciated. We also appreciated the friendly manner and sensible advice from the staff at the lobby counter. Our room was beautiful, a suite opening up onto the garden next to the waters edge. The room is beyond comfortable and quiet, a beautiful experience. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly, the hotel itself is quiet and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, we had one of the best Nasi Gorengs here. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in George Town. "
