"Overall Trident pretty much always delivers and understandably is a 5* hotel Good points - Great location with good food, and others points of interest close by - The staff are really nice - The room is spacious and really lovely - Good amenities - The hotel just looks 5* which is very inviting - Good breakfast - Very good gym - Very close to airport Bad points - Nothing to do with hotel but BKC itself needs civic engagement/help to make the outdoors better - Maybe due to location but I find there is quite a lot of police presence which can be worrying and off-putting "

The management made sure to take care of me in ways the ITC Grand Central completely failed. This is by far the better of the two ITC hotels in Mumbai. Highly recommended."
