"I had arranged Hilton Garden inn by airport as I wanted shuttle. There were 2 Hilton Garden inn and Expedia app did not book me at correct one. I then had to do a Lyft to get to airport. "

"Staff was awesome room smelled not sure what it smelled like. Halls smelled like urine on the second floor. The carpet was very nasty in the halls. Kids running around and in the neighborhood behind the hotel looked rough. Loud music and party in parking lot. Beds were comfy and clean. Picture in room 206 had mold or mildew growing "

"The staff was very professional, and nice. However the rooms need more attention, there was stains everywhere on the carpet, furniture also had stains. The bathroom caulking had mold, and the bathroom curtains had holes, as well. And the fridge you could tell it’s not well-maintained and old. "

"Room smelled like moldy air, dirty window sills, and walls, bed nice shower head nice, toilet seat fell off first time using toilet, ddint havs a crib for baby even though it said it did when booking, the pool was supposed to be open and clean and it wasnt, he said it hadnt been cleaned in months. And no breakfast. Had sign for only coffee which was not what was supposed, id like a refund"

"Lovely place. Nice views, helpful staff, really enjoyed the space & style of the room. Easy walk to the “Main Street” area. Check out the farmers market on Saturdays! Overall great experience."

"Some type of syringe was left in my room from the previous guest. The initial person who respond did seem genuinely helpful but when I went to the front desk in the morning to ask if he left a note for the staff to remove them, the lady cut me off in mid sentence by putting a piece of paper in my face without even looking at me. It was the note he left. I tried to reassure her that I didn't mean any harm in asking and she said "this is just my personality". I described the situation in email to the manager of hospitality and his reply was very vague and lacked genuine concern. I tried to communicate that but he avoifed to my direct questions, tried to make it as if I was asking him how he deals with his internal staff and finally ignored my request for an additional contact person. It just made it clear that guest experience isn't something they seem to value if the hospitality manager who manages escalated emails can be that detached."
