"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the room provided during my stay. Frankly, nothing in the room was functioning properly, and the state of it was far below any acceptable standard. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: • All drains were completely clogged • The television did not function • There was no working internet connection • The hairdryer was non-operational • The carpet had multiple areas of visible damage and missing patches • The air conditioning was not producing cold air • Unidentified stains were present on nearly every surface and item in the room — including the bed sheets The condition of this room was not only deeply disappointing, but frankly unacceptable for a paying guest. I expect this to be addressed seriously and look forward to a prompt response regarding appropriate compensation."

"Breakfast is not good. Stinky bathrooms, hallways and rooms. Absolutely zero maintenance. Never Red roof again. I will just recommend others to stay away from this property."

"Room was clean, staff was helpful and kind. Not that it weighed heavily on the trip we had hoped to had breakfast but felt it was overpriced. We inquired at check in did they offer breakfast, they said yes. Assumed it was free, it was not. Crackle Barrel and Starbucks was just 1/2 mile away. Overall it may not have saved much going to the other establishments but felt the familiarity gave them some weight. It was not a deal breaker we will stay at the Hilton Garden again."

"We could not have any of the breakfast because it didn’t start till seven and we needed to be out of there before seven. Try to get some coffee it was available however it was broken. The elevator was working fine at night but the next morning when we left with all of our stuff, we had to take stairs because the elevator was broken water pressure was great great shower. It would be nice if when they built the place, they added extra protection, so we can’t hear everything outside cause with all the cars moving and stuff you can hear everything right outside your window, but overall it was not a bad stay for the one night that we had however, next time we are in that area we will try a different place also in the area that this is located, there are a lot of places nearby, which made it easy to get food and anything else that we needed so good area. "
