"This is a 5 star hotel and it is very good and has a fantastic breakfast with a huge choice. However, there were a few niggly aspects: our room did not have tea or coffee making facilities as not all rooms have them; no water was provided in the room apart from on the first day; our room wasnt cleaned even though the beds were made and in order to get to the indoor pool (which is very nice) guests are obliged to walk outside even in heavy rain, when they could walk through the restaurant. "Excellent hospitality, amazing breakfast with locally sourced food (home made pies by the owner’s wife, honey, grapes) and view. Rooms are comfortable with a local decorative touch. The only thing is that the neighbouring house’s smoke from the chimney landed on the deck."

"The hotel at first glance looks very pretty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are there to visit Ioannina ( which I highly recommend) like we were, you will be very far from the action as the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere, with no restaurants around. The room we had was really spacious, but the bathroom needed a serious upgrade. Unless you like dessert for breakfast, the breakfast was cold and not very elaborate. So in summary, look closer to Ioannina."

"Room was cleaned and spacious. Outside of the property requires upgrading - not matching the photos as advertised. Breakfast was ok as there were not many varieties."
