"First, I couldn’t use the Wi-Fi. I asked the front desk, and they gave me a phone number so I could call the management directly. When I called, they said they couldn’t identify the area where I was staying. They kept passing responsibility back and forth, and in the end, I still had no internet to work. The room cleaning was very poor. I asked them to replace the towels, but they didn’t provide any new ones. So how was I supposed to take a shower that day? The service was really bad, and the bed was sagging. The pillows also smelled unpleasant."

"Very good breakfast. Underground parking was secure, but we had to pay for it. The only real drawback was the street noise in the early morning. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hayes Mansion. The room was nice and cool, and the pool was a highlight! We especially loved all the winding, wide hallways, alcoves, seating areas, game room, verandas, and exploring the grounds. It has a very majestic and whimsical feel to it, and we will definitely be back for another stay. "
