"Gréât location - 200m away from Central Station Helsinki (which has AirPort Express train). You gotta walk 15min to go get the key after 4pm, which is NO fun when it’s minus degrees and snowing… (consider your season of travel when booking this place). Staff are friendly, but the place isn’t amazing. If you’re ok with average stay for average price (which I was…), this is a great deal. It is family friendly, in my opinion. Great coffee shops, fashion stores, restaurants, etc, within walking...

"Overall, the property layout is as expected. The bed in one of the room is well warn out with loose springs. The performance of the cleaning crew is well below grade, dusty, dirty dish in the dishwasher, one bed is not made, no extra linen and towels for the unmade bed, and no extra trash bags."

"I traveled with my daughter and the room was very comfortable. The beds were very nice and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options for my celiac daughter. Metro, tram and bus stops were just a five minute walk away and there is a 24 hour supermarket also about 5 minutes away with a great salad bar and fresh fruits and delicious baked goods. It is not in the city center but the train and tram get you there in about 10 minutes. "
