"The room was really nice. The only issue we ran into was the person at the actvities desk was late so we didn't get our wristbands the first day. And when we did, he was so busy trying to sell us on "joining" the property he forgot to activate them. As we were leaving the next day it wasn't worth stopping there again "

"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!! "This place was absolutely perfect! The first day of our stay, the road was blocked off for the Ironman race, and I’ve never been happier to be trapped somewhere. The suite had a perfect view, comfortable bed with ceiling fan, well-stocked kitchen and lovely Oceanside pool. The manager was so friendly and helpful!"

"Very nice stay, even considering there was a massive event going. The staff is incredibly friendly, there’s a bunch of shops/amenities inside the place, getting in and out from town was easy. It’s not the most incredible resort beach, but for the price it’s fine. Easily travel to other beaches nearby. Only negative I have was the aircon didn’t work one night, but was quickly resolved. Would come back "
