"The automated coffee maker in the lobby was a good addition that my husband enjoyed. 2 members of the cleaning staff were arguing and dropping f bombs while working. The air conditioner was loud. Our room key stopped working at 8am on check out day. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was friendly."

"LOVE the Historic Grand Canyon Hotel! We want to go back to the area JUST to stay here. Like coming home; warm welcome, nice breakfast, nice toiletries in the shower, clean, and quiet. It is an old building (hence "historic") but so well maintained and cleaned. The bed was super comfy, slept so well. The Innkeepers and staff felt like family by the time we left. Like staying at an expensive Bed and Breakfast without the "expensive" part :-) Thank you so much for a great stay!"
