"Staff didn’t know what they were doing, l chose this place because of the free airport transfer. when I arrived at airport there wasn’t any instructions on pick up, called phone number on website three times and the man didn’t know anything. l finally got to hotel and l requested a 5:30am pick up when I checked in and the man didn’t have any information about it in the morning. He said l needed to call them four hours before the ride was needed which would have been at 1:30am. l stayed at the hotel for a good night’s sleep between long flights. The man in the morning said he would ‘make an exception for me’ and have the security guard take me. He basically scolded me like I was a child because l didn’t follow the four hour rule. l explained to him that l made arrangements on check in for the airport pick up on checking in. He was extremely rude. The man that gave me a ride, Jacob was very nice.the place was very clean and comfortable. I will not stay there again."

"The tv in the room was thick and as big as a computer monitor. Time to update those. Otherwise good property. Airplane noise was a hit too loud. Would stay a bit further away next time "

"AirPort shuttle was easy to find when they came around. Clean and modern. Bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. I wish the lights in the room were a little brighter but overall would stay again. Very close to the airport "
