"We had a suite, an absolutely wonderful room. Great bathroom. The bar was good, staff seemed motivated and competent. I am not taking off from the 5 stars because the room was great, but people, either have room service - real room service - or admit you’re not a high end hotel. A bag of flavorless, lukewarm, frankly gross, um, stuff, in a paper bag is not room service, it’s not even DoorDash. We threw it out and left early for the airport."

"Parking can get a little crowded but I guess it is a small hotel. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was hotel breakfast but they had a variety. Waffles were good."

"The outside of the property was fine. Although the room was extremely clean. The furniture was run down it look like they got plenty of good use out of the future. Furniture, cabinets and more definitely needs to be replaced."

"It's a great hotel to stay at it you're headed to the airport. Clean and very close to the airport. Helpful staff and a nice breakfast included. The parking was great. Anytime you get covered parking with cameras in SF it's a good thing! Would recommend. We will likely stay again."

"Very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and personable staff. Limited selections for continental breakfast, although everything was delicious. Could use more gym equipment as well, if you are into fitness. Nice and clean accommodations, just minor details here and there. Would recommend for a quick getaway, not necessarily a special occasion. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and will likely return!"

"Our first experience with this hotel was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room that was already occupied by other guests—and we noticed several other parties facing the exact same issue that night. While the front desk receptionist was incredibly nice and tried her best, the management and overall first-night experience were terrible."

"The bathtub was clogged; they came in the evening and cleared it, but it still isn't working.. Everything else was wonderful."

"The room was comfy, clean, quiet and spacious. All amenities were provided, although could have used more towels. The shuttle runs every hour, so you might need to leave earlier than planned. Also note that it stops at a few other hotels, but it is very efficient and sticks to the timetable, so you should have no worries about making your flight. All in all, we had a fine stay."

"A really good place to stay before a flight. Nothing fancy, but our king-bed room was quite spacious, and since there was both a desk and a two-person dining table, there’s plenty of surface area for two people to do work, or to share a meal comfortably. Plus it had both the sink in the bathroom and another sink in the room—again, really convenient for two people getting ready in the morning. Clean, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It’s not a very big motel, and...

"Clean and quiet. I slept well. There are great restaurants and bakeries within a block of the hotel. The ECR bus a block away is only 4 stops from the Bart red and yellow lines--super convenient for getting to the airport or getting into the city. The towels were very clean and smelled fresh as did the bedding. I appreciate no pets/no smoking because of sinus issues."

"Close to the airport but the shuttle we wanted was already booked so we took a Lyft. One of the window shutters was broken as well as a handle on the closet. Loud location. Comfy beds!!!"
