"The rooms were clean. The staff were above and beyond the expectations. Nisse was amazingly nice and friendly. Also, we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was warm enough to give you a relaxing evening. A small suggestion that would not affect their ratings and my review this time! We booked a room for two adults and three kids. However, we didn’t get a sofa bed or a baby bed. I would suggest that this would be great if this property considers in the future. "

"Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay."

We ran into another couple in the parking lot who showed up for a reservation as well and ended up leaving because she was so appalled with the condition of the place. "My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The water park was amazing and had everything we needed as far as amenities go. 10 out of 10!"

"Overall we enjoyed our one night stay at Treescape resort. The grounds aren't spectacular but the location is great and the outdoor lagoon is nice and for the price we were happy. One of the outdoor pools wasn't open which was disappointing. We stayed in the cabins which have shared shower/toilet facilities which are minimalist. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The towels are terrible, bring your own! Major annoyance was lack of easily accessible drinking water."

"False advertising! They heavily promoted inflatables on the lake and free use of kayaks/watercraft, neither existed although it was June and 86 degrees. Front desk had no explanation, my emails to the company received no response. Yet they charged a daily 'resort fee'. Room and grounds were gross. "This hotel could be a good value depending on what you're after. On the plus side it was very inexpensive, especially for a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub within a resort area. The biggest negative is that you have to schlep your luggage and there are stairs everywhere with no elevators or luggage carts (the building stair steps up a hill).
