There is not staff at the Jaxon. You sign in on-line and get a room code to access your room. They do monitor the parking lot as I upgraded to a reserved spot and received a text at 10:45 pm to ask about my vehicle. My room was very small, on the side of the hotel with one small window and no light. ...
