"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"住了三晚，酒店很新，大堂還在裝修！房間很大，住得很舒服，附近有超市有食肆。酒店餐廳係最高層，食物三日都冇乜點變，有淥粉麵檔，但材料不足，如金菇、生菜都唔夠！咖啡機只得兩款咖啡選擇，有熱食、點心、沙律菜 同生果，早餐都算不錯！要改善的地方就是：打掃房間時不應執走客人的物品，我有兩個密實膠袋、拖鞋及膠樽都被執走了！最後那天也沒有再補茶包咖啡等。"
