"I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Many of the facilities were broken, including the shower holder, shower gel holder, bathtub tray table, and even the screws for the clothes rack were missing. Given the price of $150, which is considered mid-to-high-end, I expected much better. Instead, it felt like a slightly improved motel rather than a business apartment. This place does not justify its price, and I would not recommend it to others."

"My family & I normally rent rooms in Orlando when we are visiting theme parks. But I decided to venture out to surrounding areas and was very happy & pleased with Galleria Palms Hotel in Kissimmee. Great area. Great and welcoming staff. Very clean rooms. Everything we needed was on the main road of the hotel. Entertainment, food, gas, Walmart. We didn’t have to travel far for anything. It was all there. Loved it. "

"Check in was courteous. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The fan in our living room was broken, we let housekeeping know and maintenance was there to fix it in under 30 mins.
