Hotel Dekat Jumeirah Carlton Tower

"A little treasure. You feel like you are away from the world in old time luxury. The staff are so helpful, polite and attentive. Plunder the pantry feels so wrong but is so good. The little touches make all the difference."

"Beautiful property, warm and inviting. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful."

"THER IS NOT"

"The room was super small and when checking in the put my bags in someone else room"

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"This hotel is FANTASTIC! Very last minute booking, literally less than an hour before I arrived. The location is literally around the corner from Buckingham Palace! "Beautiful hotel, renovated room. Great location and just great service. Will come back to stay."

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Belgravia. It’s centrally located so you can walk to shopping, restaurants, historical sites and concert venues easily. There is always someone to help or answer questions if needed and we always felt safe secure and welcome on premises. Our room was comfortable with nice pillows and a...

"Muy bien la habitación y el servicio del personal espectacular"

"There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay."
