"Our room was clean as well as the halls. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I loved the lemon water available throughout the day. In addition, the warm cookies was the icing on the cake.... well cookies!"

"We booked 2 rooms, the hotel is nice and clean, good location near waffle house & whisky Joes. Breakfast was good, the hotel looks like it has been renovated, at least the bedrooms, the bath not much, overall for the price paid is very good.. i did see a small roach in my br the last night :("

"Parking is a big issue especially if you drive a pickup. Signs everywhere don't park here.They're waiting for you to screw up so they can have your vehicle towed. Certainly no way to treat customers who are trying to have a stress free vacation!"

"The buildings interior has no insulation to cancel out the noise of your neighbors aside and above the rooms. You can hear the people walking above you and yawning next door. The breakfast was nice and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly "

"When we got to breakfast at 8 AM, the offerings were very sparse. The cooler for yogurt was empty, there were oatmeal packets but no cold cereal, and only few pastries. We left and ate breakfast elsewhere. "

"The breakfast I believe should be complimentary to all athletes competing at the academy. Coaches should at least be giving a half price voucher. Some of the morning service staff are not very pleasant also. Maybe with some positive changes as mentioned above will lesson confusion and help the staff have a more pleasant attitude towards athletes and coaches or guests period."

"Too noisy, hard to sleep "

"Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

"The location is unbeatable. Silvia at the front desk was wonderful and made sure my family and I had everything we needed. We stayed here as a family of five with our pet, and it was perfect. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Definitely my favorite place to stay when visiting the Sarasota/Bradenton area."

"Are room was spotless every day . Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The bar and bartenders were very welcoming. The pool was clean and well cared for . Very pleased overall !"

"Free Breakfast is a good perk. I'm thinking this hotel struggles when it is at full capacity. The pool was the real issue. Very difficult to get lounge chairs as people would save them with towels then dissappear for hours. Kids throwing/whipping balls across the pool surface was another issue. Finally, we were on the 3rd floor by the elevator. Every day it was a staging area for housekeeping. Bins, staff hanging around in the halls, etc. "

"i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent.
