"The while experience was awsome my only complaint is the parking they have Valet if your into that but for those who choose not too, they dont have a parking lot so you have to find a parking on the street."

They were laughing about his broken English then I went to get coffee for myself and my daughter. We ordered our drinks and then she started talking to the other girl and kept talking and talking and barely acknowledge us I interrupt them and told them that I wanna pay for the coffee and if they can start working on it She just roll her eyes, Other than that, everything was perfect 👌...

But we werent contacted, and when we called we spent almost 2 hours on the phone dealing with an expedia person who kept putting us on hold to try and bargan with other hotels that were far away from the convention I was attending. We finally gave up, hung up, and called right back to another agent who we had to tell to cancel our...

"This is a self serve hotel....meaning there is no front desk to check in. You are given a code to open the door of the building and to your room. It felt unsafe because if you are used to having someone on site 24/7 then you will feel a little uneasy. The property was clean and so was the room"
