"Room was large, but the space was not used adequately- there was a kitchenette, but no table with a couple chairs to sit at to eat your food ( there was a desk and desk chair though). The kitchenette sink and the bathtub didn’t drain well. The supposedly harbor view was actually the view of the cars parked right in front of your room door. There was a view of the restaurant entrance where it gets pretty busy on the weekends. So we needed to keep the room blinds closed at all time for privacy ( as there was non for the room we were given). Second floor rooms have a better views. When I requested my harbor view room, I was told that the parking lot view assigned room for me was what I paid for and if I want a second floor room, I need to pay extra ( the amount quoted by the receptionist was the same amount as I have already paid - so I said “thank you, but no - that makes Best Western a luxury hotel, and I could have stayed for less in a beautiful inn). Breakfast had very limited choices. Not even bananas on Saturday. "

"Room I stayed in was updated but very dirty. The shower and tub were absolutely disgusting. The tub was black and the drain was clogged with debris from months of hair, sand, and whatever else. I literally was standing in 8 inches of water taking my shower. Didn't even get to finish it. My boyfriend refused to take a shower in it. "
