Here are the cons: not near downtown palm springs, rooms and hotel are old and breaking down. Pros: the pool is open 24hrs, a lot of options for swimming, parking is free.

Motel 6 Twentynine Palms, CA
The property is very run down and you can tell the locals use ir as a party or long term stay location. Terrible water pressure and water wouldn't stay hot. Beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Motel 6 North Palm Springs, CA - North
Floor was really dirty and saw a dead fly and lots of hair everywhere and stuck to the walls. Had a stain on the side of the bed like food was split. Just over the cleanliness even for a quick place to stay for Coachella just wasn’t it.
