"Great location. Rooms get warm in summer and with the windows open you will have a lot of light. Keep that in mind if you need darkness to sleep. Sofa beds were bad. Mostly just in bad shape and they would just not hold the flat form, at all. The frame was bended. They changed it, and the new one was equally bended (although at different parts)"
