"Everything 5 star, except the shuttle and bell. Karo our server at the pool was amazing! 1 star for bell and shuttle. 25 minutes for your car, 30 minutes to get to your room and left us for 40 minutes waiting for bell and a ride to the lodge. Finally walked down and told them to grab the luggage when they had time. If we had needed to be somewhere, we would have been an hour late. "

"Upon arrival it was a bit unclear where to go for check in. Room on the third floor without an elevator was a bit of a trek. Bed was like a board and quite uncomfortable. Very nice complementary mocktails were crafted in lieu of the complimentary glass of bubbles. Neighboring guests were noisy. Transportation back from town concluded at 9pm on a Thursday night, so we had to drive our own car. Coffee in the morning was delicious. Overall, it was nice, but for the cost we would likely not return...

"The room was comfortable. Bed was ok for me and a little hard for my husband. The soaps, were very fragrant and the scent triggered a migraine. There were only 2 small bath towels. I should have asked for 2 more but I was already stepping into the shower when I noticed only one towel for each of us. The hotel is not too close to the center of Healdsburg but close enough by car. Receptions was open to hearing my comments about the fragrance in the soaps. "

"What we liked most was the staff was very friendly. The parking and pool area not inviting at all. Nothing was kept crisp and clean.The surroundings of the parking lot needs more coverage from the neighbors."

"Nothing unique. Dislikes thin stiff bath towels. No light in the bathroom for makeup. No body lotion, soap and body soap were at the end of the tub with nothing to hang onto and very slippery tub. Surprised there aren’t more falls "

"Clean and nice furnishings. Breakfast atmosphere was unsettling, didnt know what was going on. Eventually someone came and took our order. It was 8:15 or so and they were out of pancakes. How do you get "out of pancakes"??? Breakfast was good though, fancy even. "
