"NEVER COMING BACK, Rooms are really hot! Airconditioner is so old, the air blowing out the AC is warm! The door knob is broken. We stayed and room M3 and M4. One of the staff took our room key and they charged us the missing room key (the one that they took). I ended paying up the fine. I am not gonna recommend this place! Prices are too high, food not good!"

"Room amenities are excellent. Bar area is comfortable, but a bit warm sometimes. Buffet floor area, where the food stations are located, was surprisingly not clean. It was actually slippery and felt greasy. There is Pastries variety is a joke. The Beef was Chewy and tough in beef tapa. Omelette eggs looks like it was from a packaged source as opposed to fresh eggs."

"Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a disappointing lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere made it clear that the space had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The sheets were visibly dirty, failing to meet even basic hygiene standards. The bathroom was also in poor condition, appearing as though it had not been cleaned at all.
