"My wife and two sons (22 and19) had a fantastic 3 day stay at this exquisite resort. Every member of the staff encountered over the 3 day stay was super friendly and helpful. They all went out of there way to make this stay one to treasure. The grounds, swimming pools, fantastic staff and beautiful beachside setting make Katamaran Resort truly a World class resort. "If you’re looking for a self contained retreat experience, this property is awesome. Having its own private beach is a plus for that. It’s an older property but beautifully maintained. If you want to venture off the property, though, that’s a different story. It’s isolated, miles removed from the Kuta Beach scene. In my eye, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I found Kuta Beach to be overrun with locals on the weekend and largely deserted during the week. Didn’t like the aggressiveness of the hawkers either. So I was content to stay at the Novotel and relax most of the time. "

"A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good. "

"My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. L’hôtel est très propre avec plusieurs piscines donnant vue sur la plage à seulement quelques mètres. Les repas sont très bons, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très varié. Le personnel adorable. Je vous conseille cet hôtel sans problème. "
