My only feedback is to ensure all doors close and open properly before allowing guests to use the room. Although our door to the bathroom did not open properly, it was fixed promptly once we advised staff. Otherwise an excellent place to stay! "

"Dieses Hotel ist einfach rundum perfekt! Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und gemütlich ausgestattet, sehr groß und mit einem Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Der Strand ist traumhaft und wer mag, kann auch den schönen, sehr großen Pool nutzen. Das Frühstück zählt zu dem Besten, was wir je hatten. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. "

"Nice international hotel with a very friendly staff with direct access to the beach. I booked a bungalow, no. 118 with sea view which was really non-existing due to fence between the area and beach, full grown pal trees and small shops covered in tarp. They held a couple of conferences with evening arrangements and a Saturday disco night during my stay and the microphone/speaker could be heard as loud as you where a the party yourself in my despite being a bit away from all of it. "Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

"Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im TIKA Lombok und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere Herman, Nirwana und Ivan haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die Lage ist super, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, man kann günstig einen Roller leihen, der Pool ist fantastisch, das Frühstück war gut und unser Zimmer sauber. "
